As of February 8th, 2010 Harbor Technologies is requesting that customers formally request support via email. The formal support system helps me provide better support by tracking your requests. Please use the following procedure for requesting support (note: applies to existing customers only).
- Send an email to support@harbor-tech.net
- Please send non support related messages to kkramer@harbor-tech.net
- Please send separate messages for each support request.
- Please type a descriptive title into the subject line of your email.
- An automatically generated response will be sent back to you with information about your newly created task.
- If I make important changes to your task, a subsequent status message will be sent to you.
- If you need to communicate changes to your request or if you need to respond to notes sent to you in a status update, you should reply to one of the status updates you received.
- DO NOT modify the subject line.
- Erase the entire message body before adding your comments.
